I moved to Chino Hills in 1989 and have had the pleasure of calling it home for over 30 years. Though I currently reside in Eastvale, Chino Hills holds a special place in my heart. I raised my two beautiful children here, who are now young adults, and I have witnessed Chino Hills grow from a small community into the highly sought-after city it is today
With 34 years of experience in the real estate industry, I became a real estate professional in 1988 and obtained my Broker’s License in 1995. I’ve successfully completed multiple certifications, including e-PRO and short sale and foreclosure specialists. I consider myself a Luxury Home Expert, adept at representing executive-level buyers and sellers. My clientele includes CEOs, doctors, lawyers, business owners, and professional athletes.
Record Holder: I am a 3-time record holder for the highest sales prices in Chino Hills, with notable sales of $3,690,000, $4,200,000, and $5,200,000, showcasing my ability to achieve exceptional results for my clients.
Commercial Sales: I also had the privilege of successfully selling a commercial building for $26,000,000 outside the area.
